the bed was very dirty. no good cushion. they didnt even provide soap. really terrible.

it was the worst experience of my leg of journey,I checked in and checked out within 10minutes of my stay,it is no doubt one of the worst hotel listed on mmt,I lost my full amount .hotel with no lift,dirty bedsheets and towel,Tatasky connection was out of order,I requested them to provide me a room on 1st foor since I have an ligament injury in my left leg,but I was flatly refused,room was stinky,smell of insecticide spray was over powering

The bed wasn't clean, there was a bad stain , hairs on the bed. Bedshit was also not clean. Water bottle they are providing are not clean. And the room was not comfortable for the couple. It was a bad experience with this hotel and they are requesting me to pay a tip.

The place is very conveniently located in Ghansoli, and offer an easy commute to the business areas in Navi Mumbai. Staff is extremely courteous and quick to respond. An excellent budget stay. and all rooms is very clean and good. and I am always stay only this hotel , because this not a only hotel it is a beautiful Home

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with an awful stench throughout. The cleanliness was non-existent, and there were cockroaches crawling around. When I checked in, the bathroom was wet and had clearly not been cleaned properly. To top it off, the AC was making loud, disturbing noises all night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the price, and I will not be staying here again.

I didn't stayed there also when i reached there i got to know it's not double occupancy bed i have booked but they have joined 3 single bed in a room and provide. Such a worst staff and hotel. I left from there immediately and stayed in other hotel. For this inconvenience
