Review Of Modern Guest House

Location of the stay is best in terms of commute and foods. But the washrooms are not very clean and you might need to think about it before booking i.e. like Sleeper class washrooms of Indian Trains.

The room is good to stay and the staff is also well behaved.

The stay spanning over a week or so was affordable, hygienic and with very decent and efficient staff

Nice bed, with good service employee and behavior also good

I stayed for two days cleanliness could have been better and they should have provided bed sheet for non ac rooms

It was just average, didn't get any towel. I saw one guy didn't get even bedsheet. And toilets are a mess. No european closet. Only indian toilets. It's in 1st floor. You have to use stairs

Good stay with small budget for business travellers. Near to bus stop on highway and local railway Station

No lift, no buckets in bathrooms, AC at only night. Services are good, no bed lamp.

There is no mobile network in hotel.
But when power supply cut off for 3 hours I asked them for inventor. They told it is not working. I ask for deducting money from total charge which they has refused.

Location was good but there should provide with towel and soap

Worst room and facilities are very poor. No proper light and dirty and dark washroom are very cojusted. As well as single washroom for 8 to 10 person. Bad smell from beds pillow cover are very dirty.

The modern guest house is a average and budget hotel.

Food service is not available.

I didn't use the toilet for 2 days. Very pathetic service. Better to stay somewhere else.

Not accept 30 minutes but after it gives please contact hotel for booking ..

I booked the Non-AC room, The location is easy to find. Clean, calm and pleasant surroundings with good facilities and options for food nearby. Staff was cooperative. Overall it was a great experience.

Google mapping very much wrong. I went according to exact point map but hotel was not there. Factory is there. I went to main road I found there beside the room. Water bottle they are providing. Nice. Every thing was super. Very clean and maintained properly every thing. Bathrooms maintained very good. AC was averagely OK.

The front desk was very polite and friendly ... And the service was prompt with clean rooms and toilets and airy clean dormitory .. Very close to sanpada local station .. AC works well .. Just need to return early during night .. Lol. They close gates if late ..
