i hardly stayed for one hour only though booked for 2 nights and paid in advance. rooms were not cleaned no proper services and amenities. foul smell across the entire floor and in room. toilet were too dirty.

Make my trip, Overall cleaning is not proper, In room some smell is coming, Service is not good, drinking water is not provided ,but after demanding also not get water.

Staying at Hotel Artus Inn, MIDC, Andheri was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I entered the room, it smelled terrible, like a dirty public bathroom. The hygiene was shocking — I saw cockroaches crawling on the floor and even flies buzzing around the room. It felt filthy, neglected, and completely unfit for guests. For the price they charge, this kind of condition is unacceptable. The management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or guest comfort. I would strongly warn anyone considering this place — do yourself a favor and avoid it completely.

Very poor accommodation with no ventilation room. Used bed sheets with so many patches. Dirty toilets . Not safe too

Nice and comfortable stay. Supportive staff. Nice location and easy to accessible with local transport. Nearby area is very good for food and other requirements. Recommended for business trip and corporate clients.

The hotel is at a nice location in midc and has ample parking space. Rooms are claustrophobic but service is good

Toilet flush was not working properly.also tv not working.. drinking water is also not available in room. breakefast available after 8 am only..

cleaning not good room are very dirty and lots of mosquito 🦟 and insects.

Not even value for money, dirty bathroom, bed, blanket and the whole room. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Ask them to provide at-least normal drinking water in room expect forcing customer to buy mineral water at 30- cockroach control should be initiated on war footing basis

Everything was good and had a good stay.

The hotel has no exhaust in the washroom, the almirah has no hanger, the staff has rude behaviour, no electric kettle available in the room for hot water, ac was not working in a good condition had it been mid of the year, it was not possto survive there, plus the surrounding of the hotel has garbage all over it, wont recommend anyone
