Room is good, but small. Bathroom smelled a lot. Post complaint sprayed freshener. But the shower was leaking throughout. restaurant options are limited and staff was low in restaurant might be due to diwali time. no lunch provided in restaurant. only breakfast and dinner. breakfast was good. dinner order is to be given 1 hr prior. we were told dal khichadi will take 1.5 hrs to get ready. post raising concern the time came down to 45 mins. check once before you plan for dinner. no restaurant nearby and need a vehicle to travel to restaurant outside.

I stayed here with my family, and our experience was excellent. The stay was very comfortable, and the property maintained high standards of hygiene throughout. The location was also great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was very pleasant experience, the view from the balcony was really good, the hotel is new and well designed. Both Rooms and Bathrooms have everything essentials. It also has plenty of parking space.

The hotel is well maintained with professional staff, special thanks to the hotel and kitchen teams for making it a good family experience overall. Deducting one star because of hotel driver's oversmartness who misled us to take cab for going to the bus pickup point, though he later managed to arrange pickup from the hotel itself due to heavy rain and no street lighting.

The Property is very well located (not in the middle of the city with narrow roads, but just 5 min away from the centre) and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. However, not very happy about the spread of the complementary breakfast. I just wish they had more options eg. sausages, wedges, cereals, pan cakes etc. Over all its absolute value for money and enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Altitude Coorg offers a compelling blend of location, comfort, and warm service. Room amenities are good and hotel staff are polite and helpful. The main drawback lies in dining: limited breakfast variety, limited number of sitting space. If you're primarily staying out or okay with simple in‑house meals, the hotel delivers excellent value. However, if culinary choices and round‑the‑clock food service are essential, you might want to plan for alternate dining options nearby.

Overall, the experience was okay but definitely not up to the standards expected from a 3-star hotel. While the food tasted good and the staff responded quickly when called, the room quality was disappointing. The blankets were stinking, and in the evening we only got lukewarm water instead of hot water. The washroom had several issues — the jet spray speed couldn’t be adjusted, the washbasin water wouldn’t drain properly, and the door bolt was extremely tight to lock and unlock. The kitchen sink water came out with too much force, splashing everywhere. There was no toothbrush kit provided. In Breakfast surprisingly, there was no dosa even at the live counter. On top of that, there was no fan in the room in that weather we preferred a fan over A/C but didn’t even have that option. These are basic expectations, and the property needs to seriously work on improving these aspects.

A special mention to Liju, a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable—his exceptional service really stood out.
