I recently stayed at Hotel Ajmer Sheraton and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to the railway station and Dargah Sharif, which makes travelling easy. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite, supportive and quick to respond to requests. The in-house restaurant serves good quality food with a nice variety, and the service is prompt. The hotel also offers decent facilities for families and business travellers alike. Overall, it is a good option in Ajmer if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They are humble & cooperative. Room was clean & above expectations. Breakfast was good.

The experience on the hospitality was very good and the manager Mr. Ashish was very very helpful in helping us to get the cab to Delhi and was cordial. Ambience was good only the food was average maybe we were late on our arrival and the restaurant was about to close. There is always room for improvement

Very good environment and cooperative hotel staff. Best for stay with family. i booked a classic room, then my room is upgraded by premium room. If you are booked for staying with family you are hassle free ho ahead.

No cleanes in room and wash room are to old and full smelley we can't use are we can't take bath to just lighting the did in rooms that's it

Place was clean, the person in charge in the morning was very rude, inexperience and had to call his senior staff for a simple query. Rest of the staff was polite and cooperative, other than that the food but okish and overcharged, plus it is 1km far from Dargha sharif so if traveling with family go for the other options.

Hotel is located few hundred meteres from Ajmer Railway station. Lot of food options available just at walking distance.

During my recent stay, I found the room to be satisfactory. However, the bathroom was poorly maintained and had water clogging issues, which caused inconvenience. Although breakfast was included in the package, there was no proper morning breakfast available. Additionally, I was disappointed with the behavior of the reception staff, who were quite rude and unhelpful. On the other hand, the junior staff members, particularly Mr. Sudhir, were courteous and supportive. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I believe these areas require immediate improvement to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for future guests.

Room was clean and sarvice was also super and food was good and only problem i got i was to check in on morning 6 and Staff was say we have not room available now you can check in on 12 pm and aftar an hour staff said me to bee in non ac room till 12 and he gave me the ac room on 12 only

Comfortable stay - warm staff . Location is good - as it’s about 10 mins from the Dargah . Could do better with the quality of toiletries and regular checks on the Ac will help. Having a 24 by 7 basic food in the hotel will help.
