Good property & Good rooms , Total clean & nit but includes breakfast sandwich is not good as compared to price

During my business travel to Mumbai i always stay at the Airport annex. It has ample parking and is centrally located.

In market area Near by airport, metro, bus stop Can order food online Easily findable location Clean area

There were bugs. water wasn't clean. toilet was leaking. I reported this and the manager had the audacity to tell me to leave and talk in a rude manner.

Location : perfect for my need. 15 mins from the airport. Neat and clean room. Very clean washroom. Latest air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Could be equipped with a heating kettle.

The hotel staff was arrogant and not professional, talking rudely and, never got anything whatever we requested to our room. They just had their service call with no response.

We booked for a quadruple deluxe room. Where for us the quadruple deluxe room was not provided; a deluxe room with additional two mattresses were provided

Caretaker wasn’t so helpful and her answers were so arrogance, no room cleaning no water nothing

Stay was good but the room provided was claustrophobic and not a pleasant one but the service was good.

Hotel art was good to stay room condition was very nice and pleasant to stay.

The management is very good only the food service is slow but the rest of the facilities are good the staff is also very good

showed me that I had my room available for the night after I paid for it…but when I went to the hotel… I had to wait 5 hrs to get inside my room since someone else was occupying it until 4.30 am Bad experience for a customer who paid for a place up front

Pathetic property cleanliness was 0 and room was super stinky. Bathroom was dirty no toiletries was there as mentioned on mmt while booking.

The stay at hotel was worst room was so small not of the size shown in pictures very disappointed

I had a very bad experience about the property, its lobby was smelling like hell with smell of cigarettes. Toilets were not clean.
