Hotel hills view :location beside monestry walking 1 minutes. Hotel room with reasonable price and fooding also better than other area. At stay in himalayan odyssey homestay was expensive but overall lodging and fooding was good. Luckily we saw beautiful kanchangagha from hotel balcony.

Location is good. Food is very average. No options to choose! does t know cooking different but common food. Dining hall is not tidy! rooks are good. But sofas are too uncomfortable. Housekeeping to the surroundings and open terrace needs to improve a lot. Room tariff is very high compared to other properties

Very good and clean room. Staffs are very helpful. Foods are good. Location wise hotel is in good location.

Pleasent stay in the hotel, and the hotel staff is very cooperative. They charge per head for whole day food. They will serve momos on your second day of stay. But the only issue is present-day road from lava to kolakham, approx 7km is very pathetic.

The property is conveniently located on the main road. The food is excellent. But the walls of the room were damp, not very well maintained. Overall an average stay.

Excellent stay, property is really beautiful, rooms was big and nice, the staff is great always ready to help and food is excellent. Location of the resort is not good as it’s silent area. There was amazing window view of kanchanjangha.

As they titled their property as hill view rooms in make my trip it's ambiguous. When i booked the super deluxe room fpr three of us we found no option for any type of room whether it's mountain view or not. So booked a room thinking we would get a room as advertise d. But after we got there we were shocked! only the location is excellent. We talked with the owner but of no use. He blamed us for not choosing the right room knowing the fact that there was no option for choosing the montain or hill view room. He tried to w in over making the ambiguity as his shield. The property is a half done construction. Scarcity of attendants so the services are slow and poor. The staffs are good (three people mainly including the cook) and hardworking but heavily understucked so not possible for them to make up whole thing. Cleanliness thus also under question. Only one yellow bulb working in our room. Only for the location we are marking it average otherwise poor!

I got a forest facing room which was good enough but comparatively the kanchenjunga had a greater view. Make sure to book the mountain facing room only. the only con in this hotel is that food is shockingly overpriced and the quantity served is meagre for the price. A plate of fries that actually contained 9 strips of fries only was priced 50rs! do not order food at the hotel at all, its a total scam! there are many small eateries outside where you can get meals at a decent price.

Stayed one night with family. View from room is good ( from facing rooms. Food is tasteful. Carpet floor and we'll maintained
