Peaceful but average stay

First of all it is not a hotel. It is a Homestay as visible in the sign board also. The management staff are absent. There is no reception. A middle aged couple provide all services including food. They are very nice and helpful persons eager to make the guests satisfied. The view from the balcony is awesome but Kanchenjungha peak is not visible from the Homestay. Cooked food are average.

Hello sir. Thanks for your Review. You need to call the number before you proceed to book. There are many high end cozy hotels available, you can book for special continental meals as you asked for. We like to cater services to people who really enjoy the nature, hills view , bird watching and peaceful time amidst hilly village life with home made Bengali food. There are service numbers provided in each room 24/7. We provide free Wifi, but not allow you with Electric catle and gas oven for cooking. If you need any particular support from Management staff, we will be always there to serve you. Luckily Kanchenjunga peak is visible from Balcony, but not always, as we all know. Reception is at the very entrance.

Hello sir Please note all our Bed Linen and Towels are New, as also the property is a new one. location from Main Road , 10 ft wide Pedastrian road,quite comfortable to walk in. Also we always provide concierge service to all guests. Regarding Food quality have many positive reviews ,others can check. But unfortunately we can not allow you to cook food inside the room with portable gas oven and plate heaters as you asked for. Here People enjoy the views, food, BBQ etc alongwith Homestay feelings.Thanks.

Thanks for your review. We understand your concern but please note that we do not allow to stay for extended hours after chk out time for consuming alcohol, where our next guest is waiting outside. Our carpet was damaged. Also we can not allow your female friend to stay at room without booking. Regarding room, views, food, location many reviews available here for all. coupleIt's ok for a one night stay. Though the rate was very cheap but the hotel was not well maintained and was kind of a homestay. The room had spider webs, no wardrobe. Every time we used the geyser we had to ask them to switch it on from the outside. Food was not good. They provided hot drinking water though and carried our bags from the car-drop location (approx. 50 meters) to the hotel. The view was good.

Thanks for your Review. Room rate is standard with clear mountain views. Surprisingly there are phone numbers available on your voucher for customer support and compliance. No phone call received. All are new rooms and wall painted. Wardrobe available. Geyser is always ON, unless you know to operate correctly, Food quality have many reviews, all can go through it. Please note, we do not provide Room heater as Free as you asked for and it is surely chargeble as others. Car parking is 1 min walking from our location, it is same for all because one way road. Request to provide Real reviews, in place of False Reviews, as it may misguide others.

Everything is fine with the property but the entrance staircase can be problematic for elderly or people with leg pain. The initial 4 stairs just near the main road are not comfortable at all.

Thanks for your Review. The main Road Entrance is maintained by Govt Road Authority . The broken road due to Recent Heavy Rain already repaired by Govt authority. Also we have taken initiative to make a smooth entrance near Main Road. Rest assure that all Road is OK now.

No board showing hotel name on display. More of a homestay with just 4 rooms. No wifi, reception, no towels provided. Only rs 5 medicure soap one for each room provided. Excellent mountain view of mt. Kanchendzonga on a clear day. The host shanti taming is an excellent cook and very caring. She called up the lava taxi syndicate to book a rishap site-seeing taxi. The lava taxi syndicate welfare association has a fixed rate, non negotiable taxi fare chart. All tours & travels and agents comply. The hills view hotel might lack a few basic facilities unlike other hotels in that area (close to lava monastery) but the views of the mountain range & jungle are splendid. Its a new business. The hostess is well known and respected in lava. T junction eatery, hotel tibet, hotel orchid eateries are closeby. Several shops selling groceries are closeby. The lava share taxi stand as well as bus stand is a stone's throw from the hotel's location. No almirah, shelf ir chairs in the room no. 101. A double bed and another single bed provided with a plastic centre table and another smaller wooden table. The window latch has a problem. Geyser was functioning. No room service telephone connection but host delivers food to the room.

Hotel Board is on right hand side of entry gate, No wifi and intercom facility in room as mentioned in your booking voucher, 24/7 service call number provided in your booking voucher, Towels provided if guest ask for after corona time, soap piece and shampoo sachet provided as per standard hotel policy. We only serve home cooked healthy foods including Fish / Biryani also, unlike other road side hotels as you mention. Wooden table rack, plastic table provided, chairs are kept in Balcony, where guest enjoy splendid views of Kanchenjunga unlike other roadside hotels, if require you can keep chairs in room. Room construction ongoing, as on date 04 rooms are ready to serve, average room size 250 sft enough for 3 beded rooms. New Windows to close properly prior to push the latch. Our own Restaurant facility available next to entry gate
