I regret to inform you that our recent hotel stay did not meet our expectations in terms of service quality. During our stay, we encountered several issues: 1. Non-veg food was not permitted despite the hotel claiming to have a restaurant. 2. The bathroom tap was broken, and hot water was unavailable. 3. Despite being promised a restaurant on-site, we were directed to a local shop for our meals. 4. The room's air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, and there was water leakage. 5. The staff's cooperation was lacking, and room service was subpar. 6. Additionally, the booking indicated there would be a small fridge in the room, but this was not provided upon inquiry.
