okay, So this location is has a bad road conditions, many may not agree to tak you there or even if they do they will lecture you for sure. they say no need to call your booking is confirmed I called them twice nobody picked up third time when we used google location and called him again he picked up saying that this location is different I'll send you another one on WhatsApp. After calling him again he is telling me that this homestay requires a trek of 1km. and no cycle, bike, car would be able to come. my mother has a knee problem and I had no idea of this. I booked it for the views and good reviews. At least mention such things while renting your property please. I obviously didn't get my money, I had to book some other hotel. So if you're traveling with someone who can't climb straight a tough trek in the mountains you should avoid this, and I'd like to mention that the owner should be a Little generous and should help the guest in such situations by providing them some support atleast not just gatekeeping themselves. In uttrakhand i have met such nice people, not once I faced this issue but I am very disappointed.

After a not so difficult 700m trek we reached the homestay only to get surprised by the breathtaking view of the hills and valley from the homestay. The taste of the home-cooked food and view from the terrace was extraordinary. The warm hospitality of our host amit ji deserves special mention. Surely will come back for more. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks.

The owner of this homestay was rude, charges of food were high. The owner has an ego problem. At night he said that he will show us his farm, then refused to go with us during the day. And told us that if someone falls or someone gets hurt, then i will not be responsible.
