Wonderful workation
groupMy stay with my team was a great experience. Very spacious villa and well maintained. Ashish and bilal make an a team to ensure the guests' comfort and convenience. Overall recommended for team workation, vacations for group of 8 or even family stay. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience during our stay.

Excellent Stay
The stay is rightly placed for all the attractions at north goa. 30 minutes drive to panajim. This comfort of reaching all places at north goa makes it worth reserving it. Staff was extremely cooperative and responded well in time for queries and requests. The owner personalizes the visit by meeting with you at least once on your trip. Overall a great stay for a family and a group. Most recommended.

Had a great family weekend
We went to celebrate my brother's wedding. The property is very close to baga beach and lot other locations. Though not in walking distance but it is very easy to rent a car and a bike. The villa is located in a residential complex and the pool is common to the society. Due to covid, pool was unavailable. The terrace was not clean and even after we told the staff, they didn't clean it. Besides this everything else was awesome. The manager mr. Sunil bajaj was very friendly and him and the remaining did a great job to make our stay memorable. The chef was amazing and was very accommodating of all our requests. The villa is just amazing and decor is really outstanding. Lot of unique movie posters and art. Great place for a staycation and our entire gang had an amazing stay. I am definitely going there again for a workcation. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay. The host and care taker are always available. The place is located at a nice spot and you would have access to everything nearby. The property is well maintained with excellent kitchen, dining are bedrooms. Must stay if your are in north goa.

Amazing property
groupSpent two nights at this property. It's a beautiful 4bhk villa located around 2-3 kms from baga beach. Place is clean and very nicely done up with an antique/rustic theme. Staff are helpful and always within reach. Overall i would rate the place 5/5.

Comfortable stay
I enjoyed the stay with my friends. The location of the property was good and convenient. Cleanliness, facilities, safety and security were good. The rooms were relaxing and spacious. Staffs were well mannered and helpful. It was a value for money stay. I must recommend this property to others.
