The place is nice from the perspective of a solo traveller. The caretaker is helpful and keeps the place very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a cheap, private place to stay.

Terrible Stay

I was not able to stay at all, the property and when we reached there it was complete different. The number given was also nit right. We waited there for about half n hour and no way to go. We had to book another stay. I request my refund as soon as possible.

It’s also worth mentioning that some guests have mistakenly arrived at a nearby guest house called "Green House," which is a separate property and not affiliated with us. This may have contributed to the mix-up. We’ve attempted to contact you regarding your refund request but haven’t received a response yet. I stayed here with my family and we had a very pleasant experience. The caretaker and hotel owner were extremely kind and always ready to help, which made our stay very comfortable. My family was also very happy with their services. The only issue I faced was some dust in the balcony areas, but overall it was a good and satisfying stay.

Very bad experience.

We booked the stay and full payment was done. Host called us few minutes before check in and informed the stay is damaged due to rain and is undergoing maintenance. He also send an alternate option for stay which we agreed as it was last minute for us and difficult to find other options. We reached the alternative option provided and it was not the one shared prior. The conditions were very bad and the place looked shady. We tried contacting the host and he was not responding. We travel-led to original stay which we booked at first place and the property was fully booked. There was no damage or maintenance at all. The caretaker told the property is fully booked and no rooms are available. Host gave the stay which we booked to some others and was trying to cancel our booking saying some made up stories of maintenance. We wasted more than 3 hours dealing with all these things and tiring and frustrating. We had called the host like 30 times and he was not responding. We had to roam around and find another stay ourselves. There is no guarantee for the stay even after booking and paying full amount.

Due to unexpected early seasonal rainfall, the room that had been assigned to you required urgent maintenance. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we contacted you prior to check-in and offered a full refund via Goibibo/MMT, or an alternative accommodation option. Our intention was to assist you at the last minute, recognizing the inconvenience caused. We understand that the alternative option provided did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely regret that it added to your frustration. It seems there was a misunderstanding during your visit to the original property. One of the property owners was mistaken for a caretaker, and we believe this may have led to some confusion. The owner was approached with a compensation request far exceeding the original booking amount, which unfortunately we could not accommodate. We truly regret the communication gap during this time and understand how stressful the situation must have been. While we always strive to provide a seamless and comfortable experience

The property is located at a prime location near the beach and the main road. The stay experience was average because they won't let you use the kitchen, and the cleaning staff keeps on picking up small items from your bags. The owner doesn't know about this.

This cute little homestay is located just walkable distance from the beach side .Mr.Sebi a gentleman is taking care of the property and is very helpful. In this budget I can guarantee it's very hard to get a beach side ,near and cleanly maintained property. Ps-only 2 wheeler parking is available as it's a narrow road.
