Luxury amid-st jungle!
coupleOne of the best stays we had in recent times, very hospitable people. Loved the food and evening walks. The sound of the jungle was just amazing. To top it all the views were spectacular. The hosts were very kind and we loved every minute we spent there. The place was very clean as well.

coupleSuch a natural and calm place in mid of coffee garden. The care taker vineeth was such a humble person and so as the rest staff. They took us for tea garden visit, small trek and explain about everything which is an add on to stay. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, clean and nice.

Stay in the jungle
It's a cottage. Tiled roof. Walls are made of tent material. Good for one night stay. You get the feel of sleeping in a tent without actual difficulty of staying in a real one.

Unsafe property
coupleProperty is really unaafe to stay, it as no watchman at the entery point and all the tents are very clumsy and really not like in the pictures shown. And propert is very small and have only 2 person doing all things and have no proper safe parking place in the property my car got spoiled and damaged and property owner nor the dminisration tool no action for the damage caused. I suggest it's really wort-less visiting this property

Unsafe stay
There were too many disturbances due to dogs, they were barking all night, the beds were old and giving too much sound, the lock in the main door was not working. There was no food choice for dinner and the price per head for a dinner is too costly ra. 350 for veg and 450 non-veg. The service quality and hut maintenance need improvement

A good place to stay and thats it
groupThe stay was good. Food was also great. There is nothing in this property apart from the stay that makes it a must visit. The room ac wasn’t working properly but still we never felt like we needed it.

familyIt was ok experience. Couple of people are there to manage the properties. It seems management is not interested. It can be maintain in a better way. Food was basic, see kind of repetition everyday. Tents were good.

My family and i had a wonderful stay at grassroots. This place offers peace and quiet like no other. The location of this resort itself deserves five stars. The staff were so polite and courteous, it made the stay even better. Food was excellent. It’s nestled among tea plantations, a village and beautiful hills. A perfect getaway for people who love seclusion. Ten on ten would visit this place again.

Into the nature
It was a pleasant stay, all stuffs were so good, food was also good. Few things can be added like hair drier, slippers etc. Overall it was nice and you can work from there too as wifi is descent

Food and hygiene
familyHygiene was excellent. Food availability is not as good. You have to inform way prior and then only they will be able to arrange something for you to eat. They don't have a running kitchen.

Good experince for short stay
coupleThe tents are in the middle of a forest and greenery. The place is clean and tidy. Food service is a bit slow if you’re ordering room service. The fridge was not working which was promptly attended to. Food menu is fixed and you need to inform them way in advance especially if u want to order starters etc. There are lot of bugs and monkeys around so its advice d to keep the doors locked. Wifi was not working in the tents so we had to use hotspot. Overall good experience for a short stay( one night)

Good Stay
This place is more suitable for people who want to enjoy nature. It combines the experience of camping in the wilderness and having a comfortable stay. Expect to hear insect sounds during the night. Believe me, for some people this is heaven. As i said before, you should have a taste for it. I could see monkeys going up tall trees and eating fruits in early hours. The view from the top is excellent. Nothing compares to the wonderful experience of sitting amid tall trees sipping a cup of coffee! staff will take you out for a walk in morning and evening. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good. But menu is fixed. My advice to management is be a little flexible in menu. Take orders ahead of time, but also cater to people choices. I may not always have the appetite for an elaborate meal. I may just like to have roti curry.
