The Girassol Serviced Villa | Rooms & Suites

I recently stayed at from 2nd May to 4thay and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations . The room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed stains on linens, dust, cockroaches,ant. Staff Behavior/Service– I found the service to be unresponsive, unprofessional,particularly when I requested assistance or raised concern.Facilities or Amenities– The air conditioning wasn’t working properly / the pool area was poorly maintained / breakfast quality was disappointing.] I raised some of these concerns during my stay, but unfortunately, the response was not satisfactory.Even we booked in main building but they provided the room in some other building.

Overall it was good but not worth the money. I had to follow up multiple times for ac to be reduced as remote they gave was not working and it was set with master ac. Also bedsheet and all were not clean. There were many small bugs in bed. Wifi was not at all working in the room.

Very bad experience with gorassol. No wifi in rooms. Late breakfast. Toilet is not clean. Money waste. Basic need of wifi is not available in the room, which is available only on comon areas. This must be available in room we cant attend meetings in the corridors. Break fast starts only by 8. 30,

Poor service, no food available, only outside booking for food. Rooms are average. Went there with family. But not satisfied

First of all, the property details provided are wrong. This is no restaurant or bar. This was a service apartment. Property owner says he is not responsible as the details updated is by make my trip. There was no food arrangement, we had to call the restaurant outside and book. No water bottle provided. Not a good experience.

Well to start with, the property is indeed beautiful as seen in the pictures surrounded by lush greenery and with a beautiful view. Now coming to the room, we were disappointed. Initially we checked in the room where the ac was not working, then they gave us another room which was slightly smaller compared to the previous room. The washroom was not that well maintained(the door latch was defective and the tap of the basin was not fixated) next thing was frequent power cuts. It happened twice for more than half an hour and there was no power backup. But also i would like to mention about the wonderful host mr jitin. His warm nature and helpful attitude is what we really appreciate. He even guided us about the best restaurants and best places for sightseeing. The staff was also cooperative.

Location, food and amenities are good. Guidance on nearby spots and other places and routes are discussed with the manager.

Swimming pool was dirty with insects and was green even though we confirmed earlier. Gaming room was not maintained and nothing worked, no restaurant and even the lobby chairs were dirty. Complained to mm t but they did nothing. Was stuck with family. No refund so don't pay in advance. Bad deal all in all.

Very good stay. Good experience, like it, nice atmosphere with a good swimming pool, thanks to girassol.

I was a awesome experience. We have our baby with us and the stuffs helped us a lot to cook her food. The stuff behavior is very good and homely. We feel it's our home only

The property location is good. I liked the property and the staff are well behaved too. Rooms and few other amenities require maintenance.

This was the worst villa or resort i’ve stayed at till date. There is no way to communicate to the manager from the room. There’s no restaurant of the hotel.

The rooms are very neat and clean. Parking facilities are also provided, very good service. Indoor activities should be improved. Over all its good.

The Stay was great , awesome ambience and very helpful staff. We felt like home. The staff named Preman was amazing and very accomodating. He was very kind to us and made sure we are feeling home during the stay. Thank you😍

The location of the property is good, but everything else is just average at best. This is advertised as a villa but this is more of a tiny oyo with little rooms that are not really worth the price you pay for. We shelled out around for 2 rooms for 2 nights and had gone there with some expectations. Unfortunately to our dismay, it was not quite the experience we imagined. The breakfast is really not at all good and we did not even have it the second day. The staff was courteous and welcoming but the lack of amenities had already spoiled our mood. It would be an okay place if the prices were right.

Room is not ready at the time of arrival. There is no pillows are there we wait for 1. 30 hours to get the pillow at late night. Tv is not working and the room is not in good condition. Not worth the cost. Their maintaining time limit for breakfast time is 8. 45 to 9. 30, it is difficult for all us to have that time

Bedsheets and blankets were not clean. Toilets were dirty and found few insects and ants everywhere. There is frequent power cuts and was out of water supply in middle of my bath. Complimentary breakfast is just ok and had limited options.

Rooms are avg and maintenance not up to the mark. Breakfast is good.
