Excellent Stay
It was a family vacation for us. The room was good , had a sea view and the temple view also. The food was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us.

Wrost Expirence Ever in complimentary package booking .
Don't take complimentary breakfast because hotel don't have status to give a complimentary food to the customer because I go for breakfast there is no vegetable saute I asked her for vegetable saute they given me after 45min. In vegetable saute there is no vegetable there is only corn, matar and potato then again I asked for vegetable they add but not up to the mark again I asked for coffee she told me it will take time I given her time but she didn't give me I left the resto but didn't inform me about my order In welcome drink they provide alkaline water instead of any drink. Location is very far from beach and road there is no option for any cab toto etc you have to tell hotel members for any shuttle they will arrange but at high price. Hotel is in narrow street . Not recommended at all.

Excellent Stay
Grand Resort Hotel is located at Baliapanda.The hotel rooms are having very good ambience.The staff are well mannered.The restaurant is really good serving high quality food.On the whole it was a very good experience.I would definitely recommend

Good Stay
The only negative is the property being far from the beach and the roads leading up to the hotel don't have any lights. That should be arranged. The staff behaviour is excellent and our pet did not face any issues with the stay. The food is good and the rooms are clean as well. The pool should be well maintained.

Grt experience here.Nice hotel.
Hospitality of the staff were truly great. Every one starting from bell boy to the support staff to restaurant staff are very good and of courteous. Delicious breakfast [buffet] had good varieties.We left feeling refreshed .We highly recommend Grand Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay!". I think little modifications in the rooms like new paintings would add to the ambiance .

Matters were not in good conditions. It is far from sea Beach. Always light was tripping. Many more problems . Not worth as per price

Recommended to stay. Safe and Helpful environment.
Service is very good. Helpful staffs. Food is also good.The property is located nearly around 200 meter away from sea beach near light house but free toto service are there from the hotel itself within a stipulated time frame.

Poor Stay
The location was too bad, the hotel staffs were not at all cooperative, and the food was it's worst part , and didnot get discount as assured by MMT

Terrible Stay
I could not travel. Had notified the hotel to cancel my booking but didnt do it. I tried on MMT app, and dint get the option for partial cancellation. I will not book thru MMT again

Location was too far from sea beach but they provided free toto service till light house. this is good. but need to increase No's of staff specialy restrurant because Waiting time huge for lunch and dinner and snacks. few staffs try to management this as their best but still need to improve in this section. I ordered over the phone for lunch and dinner in our room but at the order time they told us it will take half an hour time but 1hour later we did not get my lunch and dinner. after so many reminders we got this. but some staffs behavior was good they try to give their best.

They charged very highly for pet and for extra bed....the pool was small and very dirty....the hotel is very far away from the beach side...they have free toto timings which was not available ...the food is very expensive....but the staffs over there are very friendly and well mannered.....they have good car parking facilities and very less restrictions for pets....

Good Stay
The stay was average. The rooms and staff behaviour is very friendly. However, the service is extremely slow. The hotel is about 200 meters from the sea, so they provide free toto service to and fro to the beach. However, the service is not always available and terribly slow as they only have one toto available. Another thing that i would like to mention is their food quality and pricing. The food is extremely overpriced and the taste and quality is equally bad when compared to the price. Overall it's a decent stay at an affordable price.
