Review Of Hotel Niladri Premium Beach Front Hotel

excellent location. enjoyed our stay with family friends group. sea view is fantastic. a memorable sea bath. very neat and clean beach. marine drive road is a beautiful concept. congratulations to govt of Orissa for maintaining beach at such a religious place.

The hotel is located very far from main Swargadwar market, almost at the end of the marine drive road. While temple is easy to commute, but multiple trips to Swargadwar will cost 100/- per trip, which can be a costly affair. The hotel is nicely maintained, has good breakfast but ala carte options are way too costly. Better to eat outside where there are so many cheaper options. Rooms are good, cleanliness, room service are prompt. They have a beach access just across the road where you can bathe. Overall, nice stay but keep the location in mind.

The Hotel was a very good place, in a peaceful new beachfront marine drive, away from clustered Swargadwar beach! The stay was comfortable rooms were also good. Services were good. The housekeeping team of Seema and Kasturi were very efficient and helpful. The bellboys Niranjan and team were always ready to assist senior citizens! Restaurant team headed by Sandeep- Sasmita, Pragati and Aakash were very always smiling and ready to help and host us! A few suggestions- the washrooms and rooms should be elderly friendly- more places to hold while sitting or getting up! The refrigerator in the rooms should be checked room 105 never cooled . Thirdly wheelchair access should be enabled. There should be more options on non veg and drinks! Loved the care that was given starting with Archana and Aditya at the reception till Suraj of the travel desk! Thankful to the GM who was forthcoming of the feedback or suggestions I shared!

heard about this property from my relatives. very nice location if you love to stay isolated.hotel staff r very helpful when we reached out room's balcony lock was broken.they tried to repair but after some time management changed our room immediately.food quality and quantity is very good. little high in rate.but room and specially washroom is very clean.staff behaviour very good.we hired a car that service also very satisfying.overall very good

Location is good but rooms are not worth the money. It was 10k for us but room was too small only thing you have a sea view

Good environment. Overlooking sea beach. Breakfast was excellent. There should be provision of hand wash inside the dining area. Presently guests are going to reception area for that facilitates.

I had a mixed experience. While the staff were courteous and attentive, the property itself showed signs of age and lacked proper upkeep. There was an unpleasant odor throughout, which impacted the overall ambiance. The breakfast options were disappointing and did not meet expectations in terms of quality or variety. Additionally, the amenities, including the small TV with limited channels, did not justify the price paid for the stay. Overall, I found the property to be lacking in value for money. If the hotel addresses these concerns, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.

My stay at Niladri premium was exceptional. The combination of stunning Sea view,comfortable rooms and excellent service made it a truly unforgettable experience.The breakfast buffet was impressive,with a wide spread of options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxing seaside Gateway.

1.Food is no spicy, and the service is slow. 2. Room AC is knoisy, complaint it. 3. No pick up and drop option available. Rest is okay .

Only good thing - location . Its located at beach side . Food - worst , room - below average . Washroom had a very pungent smell . Their room lock system is not up to date . Staff are not professional. No proper parking place . No valet parking facility. Overall a horrible staying

It’s good but not superb, and not very professional. They said they would provide a lifeguard, chair, and caretaker at the beach, but we couldn’t find any hotel representative there. We had to buy a chair from an external source at an additional cost. There is no shaded or dedicated car parking available. Cars need to be parked outside the hotel. Even a small amount of rain causes waterlogging in the parking area, which can damage the base of your car. The dining is good, but they need to replace the chair covers – they are totally dirty. The staff is well-behaved, and we had no complaints about them. The food is of good quality, but little bit costly. The hotel is in a good location. We took a sea-facing deluxe room, which had a nice view of the sea. However, they should provide room slippers for bathroom and room use. The swimming pool is clean but small in size. This was my second stay in Niladri Premium. They have very good service and the food quality was also good.

Its a very good premium Hotel. Its very neat, clean and Hygiene. House keeping staff is very obedient and receiving customers are nice. Chitranjan and Pramod are very really helpful staff there. They are obedient staff and restaurant food also good, expensive (:D) but tasty.
