Food and location was good.. good hospitality…

The stay at grand regenza was amazing, the staff was very good. Also the chef cooks delicious food. Property itself is amazing with good location

When we arrived for check in they first refused us by telling we have cancel-led this booking and mailed mmt. Then after long argument and request as i was with my family all 3 female member i begged in front of them then they allowed us. Mm t booking is not confirmed booking this i realized now. I hate mmt

No hot water

Good one! nice stay x thanks to the staff and we have had fun staying over here. Also hotel was quite good.

The locating hotel by directions given was a nightmare as it took us to several terrible kuccha and narrow lanes but lead to dead ends. There were no direction signs for hotel and by luck we could notice one by one feet signboard on tree. The entrance was terrible like path made in hills for cattles. Boundary consisted of cgi sheets and construction material heaps in front. Receptionist was absent. Though construction was new and rooms were good. No toiletries or water was kept inside room and for every thing we had to ask. Food was good and staff was courteous which saved the day.

It was excellent trip very cooperative hotel staff room including washroom was spic k and span good food must visit for all

We had a comfortable stay every thingh is fresh the fresh air the fresh towels and the mattress we loved it

They have to improve there food quality

Dont rely on google maps for this place it will take you to nowhere! rooms are clean but the place is away in jungle, i wont recommend anuone to go there

Hotel is new clean and good, food is nice but the rooms near the reception are must to avoid as a lot of disturbance from out is there
