Ambiance is good. Very proximity to all important places like railway station and main shopping areas. Food and service also good

The hotel has only outdoor parking. There weren't even staff to pick luggage. We had to ask for towels, soaps, which is a basic think for such so-called 3 star hotels. Guests were smoking in the rooms and the entire corridor smelled like a smoking zone. The prices are not justifying the eminities.

Hotel is overpriced not upto the price, the phone number in mmt was wrong and couldn't contact, they are opening our room when we are not there for cleaning but i don't like that coming inside room without informing to the guest wen they moved out of hotel

They use all safety measures and ensure safe stay, apart from breakfast everything was good. Food is not nice rest all is good.

Receiving is varey hash not good

Hotel is in pathetic condition. When I checked in, the room honest o me did not have lights, changed to another room which had a few more but insufficient lighting. I settled for less. All the intercom nit working and I had to either physically go to the reception for any order or come out from room and shout for assistance. Food variety available against menu card is Ahismal. Breakfast is pathetic. No speed and options and quality also below average. I will never come back and I will not suggest any fellow traveller to opt for this hotel.

Bath room fitting too bad, break fast too cold,

Given there are very few options in Guntur it's decent. The staff is good friendly and helpful. However the rooms are very dated and average. Cleanliness is missing. Bathroom was quite dirty. Bedsheets where shabby.

Very poor maintenance. No fan regulator. Health faucet comes off the hook. Plugs are loose and some are broken. Wires in the corridors hang above your head.

Ac not functional. Poor amenities. Totally disappointed.

Overall OK. Room service is very bad. The won't even take the plates after we finish eating. Will clean only when house keeping visit. Can be lot lot better. Ac was not working even after they inspected. Bathrooms are not that great. Some taps are not tight and very difficult to on or off the taps. Sink taps are not good. Water is not cleared properly which takes more time. Every one will expect for tip and keep on wishing us which will irritate us. I am very happy with Sindhoori hotel than this hotel. Sindhoori hotel cost is less comparatively and service will be good. Only food is good in Nagarjuna when compared with Sindhoori hotel. I will prefer to visit Sindhoori hotel going forward. Over all disappointed with Grand Nagarjuna.

Poor in cleanness and quality ambiance, poor quality lifts, unhygienic kitchen and dinning area. Very old furniture, not upto the mark

Hospitality, food is good. Booked room 12 am to 12 pm based. But they are allowed us early hours. Too good option. Location also very sound.

Service is not good bed sheets are dirty overall at high cost price with no privileges.
