Good but could be better
average - service is poor, takes lot of time and have to follow every 15 min. Room is good. Bed was ok. I asked for room change which was not provided though i stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are spacious, TV and amenities are good. COmplimentary Breakfast is good.

Average Stay
Pesticides control are essential in room. Cockrochs were roaming freely around the bed and surrounding areas. Bathroom is heaven for pesticides. Bath fittings are average.

May be the best hotel in Villupuram, but they have a long way to go as far as cleanliness is concerned. The floor was sticky, the bed linen was dirty. Location is good.

Good place to stay but wifi is not working
Cons: Wifi signal is not reachable inside the room but works fine on the corridor. TV channels not working says poor connection after sometime. Provided only one water bottle as free after that we should buy with money. Pros: Rooms were clean AC working fine Nice view in window Nice room service Colors and supermarket is nearby

coupleGrand kuber is a strange hotel located on the 3rd floor of a building with a mall and movie theater downstairs. Despite this the room was quiet. The room was small but the bathroom was large with a separate shower. The room was average. The wifi was somewhat unreliable with a strange login protocol.

Excellent Stay
That location was very accessible, the area will be busy always so it seemed to be safe. Their hospitality, food, services everything was up to the mark. Below the residency, there's a complex including all fun activities and hotels. Totally a go to option for a comfortable stay. Especially women.

Neat rooms
I used to stay in this hotel while staying in villupuram. Rooms are clean. Malls are within the same building.

coupleWashroom had water pressure issue. Cockroach was in room. Tv. No tea bags, early morning coffee. Check in is on 3rd floor. Have to climb many steps to reach reception. Not suggested for old people.

Nice property. Rooms are very good. Location is good. Courteous staff. Had a pleasant stay. Parking is a bit of a problem as this property is situated in a commercial complex.

Ac was not working and i have to leave the hotel at 12. 30 night to find another hotel.

Decent place to stay!
familyRooms were not ready we were made to wait even after reaching late. Parking is not very convenient.
