The stay was very good except room cleanliness

Sea facing superior rooms were excellent in both amenities & views , was a bit concerned about food being a vegetarian but breakfast was quite nicely done ! Good & courteous staff , always helped with a smiling face. Only thing missing is direct access to beach , hopefully in future they can get it as well ! Lonely planet is a very good vegetarian restaurant less than 10min away - recommended for lunch.

We had a very pleasant stay. The food was customized per our requirements everytime and was made kid-friendly. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The manager was also exemplary.

Nice room and a great view of the sea beach. Management was courteous. Only issue is with getting uber /ola cabs( a general issue with the area itself)

The location is good on the main road to Kovalam beach. adequate parking is available. .. The staff is very courteous and professional. our check in was done in a very short period. The front desk staff Ms Sunita and the GM Mr Menon were extremely helpful. The food from the in-house restaurant was tasty. The view from our balcony was great. we have carried with us fond memories of our stay at Getaway.

Spacious rooms and a good balcony view. The beach is a little far and requires a long walk on a steep road. Limited options for food for a veg person.

Stay was nice and pleasant. Staff was very cooperative. Views from the room was amazing but direct beach access was not available.

Big room. Sea view. Linen is good. House keeping staff good. Food is native and authentic. Ms. Sunitha is excellent at the reception desk with fast check in and check out. She has taken is for a tour around the property.

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional. The location was stunning, and the sea view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—so peaceful and serene. The room was spotless, and the pool was very well maintained. A big thank you to Mr. Bibin for his warm hospitality and attentive care throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though a few more options would have been appreciated. Kudos to chefs Mr. Gautham and Mr. Shiju for their delicious offerings. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!

Location is excellent, food is average and maintenance is poor

The food was good even the service was good. room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms were hygiene as well.

A theft took place in my room and cash was missing in wife's wallet. Terrible experience won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely delighted ! All the staff Mr shibu My Wilfred and all others made our small getaway amazing. They even arranged a birthday decor for my wife’s birthday. The suite rooms were so spacious with a balcony, sitting room , a bedroom and a huge bath and all were spotlessly clean. The view is amazing and so was the food. Keep up the good work.
