Stayed there one night and day to attend a marriage. The room was neat and clean . All were cooperative and friendly except for one female receptionist who was a bit irresponsible and unfriendly. I am a regular customer and this time I stayed in room no. 407 and the stay was very good. Especially attender Mr Rajeev is very fast and working with smile.

Rooms are spacious and maintained rather well. But we really struggled there as there was no water. Flush was not working. It was a terrible stay. The water was initially dirty then it stopped. Food was good. Perhaps I may stay somewhere else and go to eat there.

Great experience and clean and good service. We stayed there for the whole week and got good services throughout the time.

My stay at the hotel was average. The room was clean but lacked any special touches. The staff were friendly, but service was slow during check-in. The amenities were adequate, though nothing stood out. Overall, it met basic needs, but i expected more for the price paid. Would consider other options next time.

Very best service and unforgettable memories. Kindly try this hotel for a pleasant living. Hot water always available and daily mineral water was served. If you ask any service it was served within 10 minutes in 5 days of stay.

The room was neat, with basic amenities. The shower didn't function properly and the heater was not effective. The staff was polite. The restaurant was not too great. Not many options in the complimentary breakfast, considering it's a 5star hotel. Ok for a night.

Location, rooms, service, cleanliness, courtesy everything was good.

Hotel is food. Not much tourists. The room was not too spacious but ok. We were 3 persons and an extra cot was provided. The restaurant closes at 9pm which was the main issue we faced.

Not bad but am not satisfied the room many time i told that i want good room that recipients boy told that this room only

Hotel Kumar Palace had a spacious room, quite comfortable and I enjoyed the courtesy and hospitality of hotel staff.

Room was smelling as if the room was closed for more than a month Bath tub was broken and mud use to flow out if u try using the tub Neither the room service nor the house keeping answered the call Mentioned as buffet breakfast, but what we got was nothing of that sort Very very unhappy

Room was nice. Food was average

We booked for 1 day. nice room. Bathroom was clean. Nice linen. Room service took about 50 min to arrive. Food was tasty esp fried rice and prawns fry. Morning we ordered pori masala. Masala was bad. They put corn flour in it.
