Everything is good. Employees and receptionist are good. No issue in this lodge. Secure and safe. Good experience with gourav lodge. But small thing is clean and wash room that is minor e issues. Otherwise everything is good. Thank you sir.

Below average lodge. Not even basics are properly available in this lodge, like a clean towel, bed, blanket and washroom. And tvs are older than 30years in single rooms. There was not even a proper door mat outside the washroom. Washroom was not clean. No wifi at all, do not think that you do your office work staying in this lodge.

Location was time but the maintenance of the property was very very poor. The bedsheets were not clean, the toilets was very dirty and the amenities were not working. Since i arrived in the mid night, just kept going and checked out adap. Please do not recommend this hotel. This is my second bad experience with you.

The hotel is under construction and there has been no maintenance. There was no geyser where a paint tub was given along with a water heater coil. The place seemed shady and unsafe. I moved out of the hotel despite of the knowledge of the booking which was not eligible for refund. I would recommend not to go if you are a single lady who is opting for a single room. The bathroom sink had pan pieces in them. Hygiene was not maintained at all. When the complaints were put forth they offered to opt for a delux room.

The room was untidy. There were not even a single amenity found as mentioned by you about the hotel. No 24/7 hot water, no wifi, no drinking mineral water, no lift nothing. Totally it was a shabby hotel and the price was too high for that stay. Very bad experience.

Cleanness and Hygiene is not to expected level, and stay is not comfortable Room boy was looking us wierd, aroma is not maintained. bathroom essentials not maintained correct manner. I will not suggest for this lodge and no value for money paid.

The hotel reception is poor. The males in reception are shabby, look alcoholic, hotel stinks, rooms are unclean with cobwebs, poor tumbler and glasses, no. Water is provided to drink, cigarette smells in the rooms, hot water only comes for 3 hours in the morning. It's cheaper when we go directly to the hotel instead of make my trip booking. Zero star

worst experience. dirty rooms, no hot water facility, no tv no a/c nothing was in the room. atmosphere also not good. i have paid for 1 night. i wasted my money. the worst hotel i’ve ever seen in shimoga. i personally recommend not to go.
