No one was available in Reception Desk. Service was poor. AC unit installed BUT INEFFECTIVE. No rectification inspite lf requests. Having paid for AC room survived with Fan

Rooms are ok, price is high for this hotel. It is just for stay no restaurant available, for food you need to go to town. Kettle is no available to make some hot water to drink during cold seasons. Bathrooms were stinking. During our stay there was power cuts almost 4 times and no power back up. It is ok for 1 night stay.
