Overall good value. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. A couple of small complaints. No hooks anywhere to hang stuff. Only two hangers in the closet. Bathroom bidet hose wall fixture is hanging loose, almost ready to fall off. No shelf in bathroom to hold toiletries, toothbrush etc

Hotel infrastructure is not so good, it is very old building need to have a good interior. Water provided is tap water and mosquitos were present in the room

The accommodation is awaysome... location excellent. Thanks Makemy trip for support, food availability and services also very good, the property is in front of Gandhi Park, at Hotel counter they guided us for tourist spots like tiger and lion safari, elephant camp, Tunga River Dam, rever view points, they also help us for taxi services etc. we come from north India, Mathura residency is excellent choice because every type of food availability and good hospitality especially the counter services awesome, they guided us every step... We were with the whole family at the end of December at the Mathura Residency in Shivamogga (Karnataka), very close to Gandhi Park. The SakMathura Residency is a traditional lodge that also has a good hotel on the ground floor. We only booked an overnight stay and I am absolutely satisfied. The quality is budget but the rooms (were very spacious and clean. There was nothing to complain about.

Our stay in mathura last week was amazing. Never felt like staying in a lodge, such a homely environment was there. All the staff are very friendly and care taking. Food at mathura hotel was very healthy and delicious. This will always be my destination in future, whenever travel-ling towards shimoga. Thank you mathura. Sorry, no images.

24hrs. Hot water with everyday cleaning of the room was liked by us. Only thing to improve is towels should be replaced each day

It's in the middle of the town. Watch out for bed bugs! couldn't actually find the flush. Nice thing is it's open 24 hours.

the hotel is full of cockroaches and very unhygienic… the service was also terrible
