Joldal Residency

It is indeed budget friendly but I am utter disappointed with their hygiene. Towels are not clean and no housekeeping. I see cockroach’s in the room.

Very good , neat and comfortable stay. Everything was good neat and well maintained

well maintained and courteous staffs, the hotel is on the main road and have restaurant as well with adequate car parking. overall experience was very good

Room was infested with cockroaches, we killed about ten and raised concern at frontdesk and the next room given also had cockroaches, rooms were not cleaned and pillows had stain, will definitely not going here again.

We had cockroaches infestation in our room, after changing to a different room we had cockroaches there too with bathroom not cleaned well and pillow covers were stained, i don't think they are cleaning rooms, can't risk going there again.

We visited there for family trip. Hotel is nice and on main road after city. It is on the way of all view points. They share parking with restaurant but parking space is enough. Restaurant food is awesome but over rated. Tooth paste, brush, sampoo was missing. We asked but they only provided toothpaste. Cleanliness is fine. Water bottle they provide if you ask. These facilities does not matter for us so it was nice staying there. Restaurant is very nice with nice view point. Regards, amit

Amenities are good. Staffs are cooperative. I cut one point for the cleanliness. We found small cockroach everywhere. Otherwise it is a good hotel. Restaurant food is also nice.

Very neat and clean rooms with wash rooms. Good furniture.

The rooms were spacious and cleanly maintained. Although the restaurant is decent and multi cuisine it is excellent for lunch and dinner, it doesn't have breakfast options on weekdays. And very limited options for breakfast on weekends too. The room service is not available even for tea/coffee that is the main reason i have pulled the rating down. For one who prefers to bed/shower and meals. This is a great option.

Hotel was neat and clean. The only issue was with room service. However if you tell the receptionist they will take quick action.

It was a nice stay, staff was cooperative and accommodated early check in without any extra charge. The overall behaviour of the staff was also good.

The room was not cleaned even beds-hit also. Hot water also not coming properly totally my stay was not good.

Hotel is at comfortable location in main road, near mg park. Room was good, didn't order any food, so not aware of food services, restaurants are there nearby. Didn't get hot water in the evening, but, got in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

4. The place was good. If it's just for night stay just for it and the price can be slightly lowered. The bathroom need to be cleaned properly and few odd ones. Otherthan those it's average.

It's was well maintained and cleaning s awesome, The staff in d reception was good in all accepts. Overall it was very good experience in joldal Residency.. Will refer my friends to stay here oly if dey visit to chikkamaglur. 😊😊😊😊
