I recently stayed at this hotel in Navi Mumbai and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and easy to reach, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive - always smiling and checking in to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. Their helpfulness truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The amenities and services provided were satisfactory, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming. While I didn’t have any major issues, I appreciated the consistent friendliness and professionalism of the team. Everything about my stay was smooth, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Navi Mumbai.

Wasnalloted 1801 and there was drilling work going on the above floor . It was crazy had to call them atleast 15 times - then after 3 hours they changed our room

I'd booked for an event for my son and reached around 8 am. We were greeted by Manish, who was not just welcoming but also made sure that we felt comfortable. Manish ensured that we got a room as soon as possible with our luggage made available in the room(as we rushed out by dropping in our luggage for the event). We received messages informing us about the room allocation and the for any assistance that we made need. the room itself was neat and clean and everything was in order. the food spread was more than enough and freshly made. we enjoyed our stay there

Right from our checkin, hotel staff have been very hospitable. Want to make a special mention of duty manager manish kumar, who went out of his way to delight us - set up balloons & a tray of goodies for our 1 yr old. At the buffets, the head chef would make his rounds to find out if we were served well, made us feel very comfortable. Couple of points that probably need attention- - we were unable to change ac temp. (although i must add, we didn't give much time to the tech team to sort it out. - mini bar was not functioning. (although i must add, we didn't escalate this. - the kitchen sink didn't have dish-washing soap. - the bathtub was not filling sufficiently. (although i must add, we didn't escalate this. It was our families first vacay since our baby was born, so we truly enjoyed having the suite with the breakfast & dinner at a fair price. As our visit was supposed to be relaxing, we planned to rest at the hotel, but ended up visiting friends, business partners & the zoo, so most of our drives took us about 1hr (airport, borivali, juhu, & byculla. But being adjacent to the inorbit mall & 15mins drive to ikea, was convenient. Overall 100% worth it.

Location is good. The food quality is average, especially considering the high cost. Additionally, there are water drainage issues in the bathroom, which significantly affect the overall experience. Staff is polite but the service is slow. Ongoing renovation work on the property is causing some noise disruptions.
