Disappointed stay - August 4, 2025 Both restaurants were fully booked with no notice. As in-house guests, we were denied dinner. Staff had no answers ,and front desk was unhelpful. Not Marriott standards

I found that the options available for both dinner and breakfast did not quite meet my expectations for a brand of your stature. The welcome drink was very comfortable, the gym was superb, the swimming pool location was excellent just opposite the hills, the food was very lavish, hot and tasty. I really enjoyed my stay with Marriott, Navi Mumbai and would definitely recommend to all incoming guests at the hotel.
