Excellent property in Navi Mumbai deserving 5 Star Rating. Check-in is easy and ambience is great. The location is amazing you can find all the facilities around. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Delicious Food. Value for money. This was our repeated stay.

Property is very well located on the main road, but rooms are quite and I enjoyed my stay in Royal Tulip, Kharghar. This is in Navi Mumbai, not in Mumbai. Food is also good 👍

Average Stay
The food is basically Chinese/Thai oriented and less inclined towards Indian menu. The food is not as tasteful as one would cherish. Even outside eateries are serving much better tasty food varieties.

could be better.
Ac was not working. Bed sheets smelled like they haven't been changed since the last guest. The hotel need an upgrade badly. Staff is friendly. They definitely could do much better.

Poor Stay
The hotel should be downgraded to a 3 Star hotel. It’s an outdated old hotel which needs modern day renovations. The rooms were average. The restaurant is unnecessarily expensive. Will opt for a newer hotel for the same price

Good Stay
Location is good and food was also excellent, however there is further opportunity to improve on the telephone service. Voice was disturbing during calling to your staff everytime I called.

The AC of the room was not working for starters and there were quite a few other things like outside food not allowed which didn't make it a pleasant stay

Poor quality of property and room
Very old and poorly maintained property. Dampness in room. Very small washroom. Side table missing. Poorly designed curtains - No black out.

Clean and comfortable stay with promising location
The rooms are spacious and clean. Great as far as location is concerned as so many eateries just in the vicinity. Came to Navi Mumbai for business purpose, hence found the location very convenient to travel to my work place at Navi Mumbai

Stay in Royal tulip used to be best but in recent stay behaviour of front desk staff was Not up to standard. Even after speaking with Manager he said that this is Normal
