Worst Hotel room i have stayed in

1. room had poor wiring where the MCB had tripped and we didn't have power. 2. The shower cabin had water leaking from the edges where it was coming into the common space of the bathroom. 3. The flush was not working and had a push back. 4. The RFID scanner for the room was not working floor staff was allowing me in. I don't know how a facility which is a 5star rated hotel has room with so many problems where I have mentioned these problems to the hotel I had no sort of compensation or any sort of solution to my issue. Please respond to my message.

The arrival / check in was handled nicely and efficiently. The staff is polite and is eager to help. Breakfast spread is very good. I tried one of the restaurants for dinner as well and found the food to be good. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, o had a good stay.
