Property location is too good, and the accessibility to the city center is in 5 min. Room size is spacious The food is delicious and the staff is too helpful. Breakfast spread has multiple options along with a live counter. The overall experience of staying is amazing.

Definitely one of the best properties in Mahabaleshwar. 100 marks to the team working in each department right from Security at main gate, reception, room service, restaurant, swimming pool, spa, gaming zone and it goes on. I paid for 1 night (Deluxe Suite) which is worth each and every penny as the property makes sure with the ambience and the best possible location in Central Mabaleshwar. Amazing hospitality. Very lovely experience. Never seen such a pet friendly hotel and they provided dog food bedding and no restriction on dog movements. That was the best part.

The ambience and the staff was extremely good. The rooms were beautiful. The food was great. The only let down was that there was a corporate event which caused a lot of disturbance to other guests. Also the steps leading to the suites are not very elderly friendly.

Chonhpang attended very nicely on 1st day and helped us to show property and was it was very nice of him to drop us till the room and the welcome drink and fruit basket was special and good of him Monica attended the next day with her helpful behaviour.

Awesome view. Very polite and helpful staff. Good food. It was the perfect spot during start of rains and the staff was very helpful as we had a kid with us too.

Food Variety is not as per 5 star, it is as per 3 Star only, also time boundation at the time of eating food was like Military. We are eating food during that time they did not wait for and lifted dishes from counter.
