I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, expecting top-notch service and a truly luxurious experience. While the property itself is visually impressive and the location is convenient, the service unfortunately fell short of what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Staff interactions were polite but not particularly attentive or proactive — something you'd expect from a budget or mid-range hotel, not a premium one. Room service was slow, housekeeping missed a few details, and check-in/check-out was a bit chaotic during peak hours. Overall, it felt like a standard hotel experience wrapped in a 5-star label.
For the price and the brand name, I expected more personalized service, better responsiveness, and that extra attention to detail that usually defines luxury hospitality.
In summary, if you're looking for basic comfort with a fancy setting, this might still work for you — but if you're expecting true 5-star treatment, you may leave a bit underwhelmed.
