Review Of Foggy Knolls Resort

We didn't get any food at the restaurant as soon as we went. That was a disappointment during the afternoon hours. But the restaurant managed to come up with a limited menu on the day of arrival. The restaurant team said that they only take prior orders , but this information wasn't conveyed before our checkin. They had to contact us to confirm if we needed any food because no other places/ restaurants are available anywhere near.

Great staff. Good food but a bit expensive. The room is very clean and tidy, but the room which I chose was Rhysome . The bed on the room was in an upper position, which requires a little bit of circus to get in.

I booked the cave room by accident, but it turned to be a unique experience. Good location, well maintained, excellent reception and customer care. Good kitchen and staff. The approaching road may be a bit scary at night. They are trying their best to keep you engaged such as camp fire, horse ride, cycling etc for kids.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Foggy Knolls Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and open arms. Their hospitality was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food at the resort was absolutely delicious! The chef did an excellent job of preparing a wide range of dishes that catered to our diverse tastes. The presentation, flavors, and quality of the food were all impressive. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush green surroundings and serene ambiance. Our room was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From arranging activities to providing recommendations, they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the road leading to the property, which is currently not tarred. While it didn't detract from our overall experience, it might be a challenge for some guests, especially during monsoon season. Hopefully, the resort will consider upgrading the road in the future. Overall, I highly recommend Foggy Knolls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great food and hospitality.

Overall, the experience was good. We stayed in a premium cave room, but the room amenities were not as described. There was no air conditioning in the room, and it was not spacious. At the very least, they should provide space to hang clothes. There were also voltage fluctuations in the cave rooms sometimes, when we turned on the lights, fan, or TV, everything would shut off. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the cave rooms are overpriced. However, the resort is located in a beautiful spot, and the food was good."

Great location and very friendly staff. They were extremely polite and humble and treated us with great hospitality. Great breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

it was nice stay here. the staff of the resort is very polite. Need to maintain proper hygiene in cave rooms. otherwise the views and the adventurous activity is up to the mark. specially the GM of the resort (Mr. raymond) is very supportive and humble. surely will visit again.

The stay was great. Location is excellent and the view is great. The complementary breakfast had a good spread. The la carte menu also had variety and our choices were prepared quite well. Special mention to the staff. They were attentive to our needs and very friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Facilities an average one, the cost is not facilities are not matching, restaurant rates are very very high, overall its an average one

We had a one night stay at foggy knolls. The drive to the property is a bit hectic. Our check in experience was not good at all. The staff were clearly over occupied with other check ins and we headed to the restaurant for lunch. We found the food quite cold and taste wise, not good. There are good views in this place. But there is a scope for a lot of improvement. Except for a few good staff, others need to learn to be more hospitable.

Ideally located on the crest of a hill with panoramic view of the surrounding tea estates, foggy knolls is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The pleasant climate is a welcome respite from the oppressive heat of the plains. The cave rooms were a welcome novelty and the delicious food completed the trip.

During the brief stay in early jun e we found that the staff were efficient. Accommodation was good and the food was very good. We liked the location and the facilities for activities. We would like to come back again.
