Review Of Feliz Arambol

We stayed at feliz arambol for 4 days and had the worst hospitality. The rooms that were allotted were average. Broken bathroom tap and wc were found. Our duration of stay was 04 days with the expectation that there would be basic hospitality given that is seen in all bnb/hotels, however it was far from what we experienced. Housekeeping was done on alternate days that too after pleading which is quite unusual. Linen, change of toiletries was not done at all. Mineral water for a duration for 04 days should be given for 04 days(at least 01 ltr a day) however the caretaker said the ro plant was down and no water can be provided. When asked why can't he buy mineral water he says he doesn't like giving plastic. So we had to fend for water (basic amenity) by ourselves. The room furnitures, doors and desks were in a dilapidated condition. Overall it was an extremely poor and useless service. Would recommend for his disempanelment from mmt. The place is still very new 15 days old and just updated on mmt a day before i booked. The room is beautiful and self sufficient. Toiletries and tv are yet to be added to the rooms. It is just 3-4 mins walking distance to the beach and has access to good food in nearby restaurants. The host was very welcoming and patient to see us out at 6am in the morning.
