We not get room at feel like international

No value for money. No water bottle provided no towel provided, when i asked them the answer was rude geysers are not functioning well. We need to go the reception person and request him i have actually booked a 3 bedroom villa. But instead they have provided me two rooms. The commode in room 204 was moving this side and the other side. I would request make my trip to take care of my feedback and return my money for this accomodation

Nice ambiance in the hotel. Hospitality also good.

Staff behaviour is good. The building is quiet and not maintained property and rooms are average.

Hi team, as our personal experience was not so good, because hotel staff not provided a basic needs like towels, soap and regarding room it was not much clean, seriously very bad experience we had as we have booked in advance, u people show something in photos reality will be another level, very disappointed, more over we wanted to call customer service on same day but we don't wanted to spoil our mood and trip both, next time take care before updating something. Thank you.

I booked big room and paid amount fully but group of hotel international team allocated very cheap room. Which i booked the room they changed other persons for stay. Even all people also faced same issue" i booked one room but they allocated some other room.
