The property’s location is not an issue at all. It’s conveniently located right next to the street, so it’s easy to spot and reach. However, my overall experience was not very pleasant.
I had ordered food late at night via Zomato, but there was no one available at the reception to take the delivery. We had also gone out for a late-night movie, and upon returning, found the main gate locked. It was concerning that there was only one person available to handle everything during the night shift.
While the room itself was decent, there was a persistent issue with the washroom. The water would get clogged, and despite raising a complaint, we weren’t offered a room change. Instead, a housekeeping boy was sent to clean the washroom with a viper, which only made the floor more slippery and unsafe.
The overall service was very slow, and honestly, the price of the room does not match the level of service provided. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I was quite disappointed. I do hope the management takes feedback like this seriously, as there is definite room for improvement.
