Poor Stay
The room was smelling as soon as we entered, the pillows were stinking, the washroom was all wet and dirty as well as there was a spider going all around, the geyser was leaking, the shampoo bottle had something full of water, no dental kit provided, it was a horrible experience. They did give an option to change the room, but there was no balcony as well the pillows were stinking there too, so we told here we dont want to change the room but change pillows and clean the washroom, which was done but I was feeling uncomfortable and pukish the whole time.

Terrible Stay
Very Bad Experience. I never feel like this before. Staff treat like my boss. Main issue No Lift Working. I have to use stair for Second Floor. No one want to care about Guest. I can’t cancel & refund my payment so I have to stay but now onward I always think

Not Worth the Price Paid
The property’s location is not an issue at all. It’s conveniently located right next to the street, so it’s easy to spot and reach. However, my overall experience was not very pleasant. I had ordered food late at night via Zomato, but there was no one available at the reception to take the delivery. We had also gone out for a late-night movie, and upon returning, found the main gate locked. It was concerning that there was only one person available to handle everything during the night shift. While the room itself was decent, there was a persistent issue with the washroom. The water would get clogged, and despite raising a complaint, we weren’t offered a room change. Instead, a housekeeping boy was sent to clean the washroom with a viper, which only made the floor more slippery and unsafe. The overall service was very slow, and honestly, the price of the room does not match the level of service provided. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I was quite disappointed. I do hope the management takes feedback like this seriously, as there is definite room for improvement.

The rooms were nice however in the washroom whenever used the water remained through out our stay and did not go in the drain it was very inconvenient we complained about it but the person said use the washroom window fan and it will dry the bathroom area it was too silly but we ignored

A horrible / terrible hotel
businessPhotos are deceptive. For an executive room bathrooms are so small that it gets difficult for a person to even fit in rightly. Breakfast as claimed is free but with a caviate. Only one dish can be ordered out of many. Strange. To open the room that was allocated to me, master key was used to open and for lightings, some strangers aadhaar card and dummy card was used. I never got my room card key.

Cleanliness is good
The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The best part was the interior of the room which was very luxurious.
