Review Of FabHotel Tranquility Cottage Resort

This is one of the worst experience for me. We have been booking and staying in hotels and resorts for the last one year but this experience is really terrible. We booked the resort with breakfast and paid around 5.5 k per night. One the first day we got only Aloo poratta as breakfast with pickle and some fruits. There were nothing else other this for breakfast. When we asked for egg omletee the restaurant staff was saying omlette is only for kids. They were not serving even a glass of water. We had to go to our room and get bottled water for that. I was staying with family and kids were not not having any option to select. On the second day they served only poori. And we had to wait for 30 mts to get that. And second day there were no fruits available. We came back late after our site visit and then we thought of ordering from the resort restaurent. When we called them and asked some item in the menu they were saying to order it from swiggy. Terrible experience.

It was a pleasant stay, everything about the property was good and the property was near the beach

The location of the resort is excellent.the calm and soothing environment of the resort is making a huge difference from other hotels. I would like to suggest this cottage resort if you are planning to go north Goa. All staff members are very polite and helpful in nature. And it is also budget friendly.So if you are looking for the best place in your pocket size definitely you should go for it

I had booked Fabhotel Tranquility Cottage Resort, Baga through MakeMyTrip on 10th October for my stay on 11th October. On the morning of my check-in, I received a WhatsApp message from a number claiming to be from Fabhotel, stating that due to “operational issues,” my booking had been relocated to another property named Fabhotel Baga Village Home. However, upon reaching the mentioned location around 5 PM, I was shocked to find that no such hotel existed. I spent nearly an hour searching, but there was no property by that name anywhere nearby. I then went back to the original hotel I had booked — thankfully, the Tranquility Cottage Resort management had not yet cancelled my reservation, and they allowed me to check in. The most frustrating part was that, since the hotel was under Fabhotel, I couldn’t contact the property directly, and the customer support number provided repeatedly said that no booking existed under my number. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. That said, once I checked in, the resort itself was beautiful — the cottages were well-maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery. It truly lived up to its name, offering a sense of tranquility that I was looking forward to. Overall, while the property was excellent, the booking and communication experience with Fabhotel was extremely disappointing and misleading. I would strongly suggest verifying directly with the property before arrival to avoid such unpleasant surprises.

Yes the cottages where nice and cozy. They maintain cleanness and facilities where arrange properly. Really feel good to stay there had one of the memorable stay ever.

The cottage was good as it is located near baga beach. Good for couples. But they should work on the breakfast menu and staff service. Otherwise as per the location and cottage it is cost effective.

We booked Tranquility Hotel, Baga for an 8-day stay purely based on the glowing reviews we saw What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, our early check-in request was denied – which is understandable. But things quickly spiraled from there. The first room we were given was unbearably hot and couldn't cope with the 31-degree heat. After requesting a change, we were moved to another room. We shifted all our luggage and tried to rest. After just 3-4 hours of sleep, we woke up to one of the most disgusting hotel experiences we’ve ever had – the room and bathroom were crawling with cockroaches, including the bed. Yes, cockroaches in the bed. When we called for help, the staff took their sweet time, only to casually mention that this might have happened because of a recent pest control – something we were never informed about. To make matters worse, we were told that they had already “warned” us about possible maintenance – as if that somehow justified the cockroach invasion. The staff even had the audacity to blame us for booking in advance The reception’s attitude was shockingly indifferent – dismissive, rude, and absolutely unhelpful. A word of advice for anyone even remotely considering this place: DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Visit, inspect the room thoroughly – check behind the TV, the bathroom, balcony – and see if you’re okay sharing your space with pests. Only then make your decision. We regret trusting the reviews. Learn from our mistake. There’s nothing “tranquil” about Tranquility Hotel.
