i had stayed 3 days with my daughter. The stay was decent and location, staffs behaviour was good. But they don't have drinking water when it requires. we ordered thru Instamart and paid huge amount for it. Rest all good. Very close to Railway station.

I would like to bring to your notice that the hotel i booked dint provide the room for us to stay instead he asked me to reach out to another hotel at late night and cold weather. When i asked for refund he said you need to take care of that and it's not my problem. Very very bad and worst experience of my life. Worst part is i could not reach out to make my trip customer support on this problem. No thanks

This hotel was a total disaster! we arrived late at night with my wife and baby, only to be told that no rooms were available. After pleading, they finally gave us a room, but it was in terrible condition. There was no room service, just a large bottle of water in an odd bisleri lit-re container. When we asked to hot the food for my baby, they refused because they were too busy. The room was falling apart - broken tap, table, and even the toilet door! my wife got hurt on a protruding nail. The staff showed no concern whatsoever. Don't stay here if you want a pleasant experience!
