Hotel Park Oasis

Our experience during check-in was not very smooth. The front desk staff appeared a bit finicky and lacked the warmth or efficiency expected for a welcoming arrival. It felt like we had to repeatedly follow up for basic requests, which dampened the first impression. Another inconvenience was the lack of additional RO water bottles at night. For guests staying overnight, access to clean drinking water should be a standard amenity, and unfortunately, this was not proactively provided or addressed. As for the room itself, it was quite compact. While it was clean and reasonably maintained, the space felt limited and not very comfortable for more than a brief stay. If you’re someone who prefers a bit more room to relax, you might find it restrictive. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement in both hospitality and amenities to make the guest experience smoother and more comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect — close to key attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.
