I recently stayed at a hotel near Bhopal Railway Station, and my experience was very disappointing. Although the location is close to the railway station, the city center is quite far from the property. The hotel is in very poor condition — the windows were broken, the rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and hygiene was not maintained at all. There was no geyser for hot water, and the tap water itself looked contaminated. Another major concern is that the hotel is attached to a bar, which makes it uncomfortable and unsafe for families. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the property. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It definitely needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior.

I have not expected that this kind of hotels will be there in MMT. breakfast option was included but not provided. such a irresponsible and rude staff. no room service, unclean rooms with bugs all over and untidy linens. not even basic things like water bottle and towel was provided. such an awful experience I had like a disaster. I have checked in 12 hours late and checked out 3 hours late. and they have charged full day payment for that. my personal request to MMT to kindly remove such hotel from the list and refund the portion of money for breakfast.
