Rooms were horrible...The bedsheets was literally yellow in colour.. blankets offered to us was very wet as if it has been washed right now... washroom was stinking very bad..n above all we were given room on the 4 floor . . despite the lift was not working ..not expected... very bad experience

Room was very dirty. Unhygienic even bed was very dirty. Very pathetic experience. No water supply, no towel. No so nothing it was not value for money. Lift was also not working bad food

On check in they had to change my room thrice.. First rooms, washroom door was broken, Second room had cleaning issue with stinking smell, Third room had faulty flush in washroom and TV recharge was due.. Apart from this the overall room, it's furniture, bedding and the overall appearance was very bad. The best part is, property lift.. it was just good for 2 people without luggage.. Will never recommend it to anybody.. How they got such good rating on website is puzzle..

It was horrible. The staff was rude and not helpful. They were so arrogant and were reluctant to answer out queries politely.

Services were good. But room area was very small and linen and bathroom was a bit dirty.

While checkin we found that all the linen, bedsheets, pillow cover, blankets were not clean, no hot water supply in bathroom, toilet flush was not working, food provided their was expensive.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare - the rooms were filthy, the staff were completely unhelpful, and the facilities were so rundown that it felt like stepping back in time. Avoid at all costs; the worst hotel experience i've ever had, with stained bedding, broken appliances, and a general sense of neglect throughout the property.

Lift was not working properly, bathroom was not clean. Blanket was too old and dirty. 2nd floor was filled with smell of cigarettes. I had to change my hotel before completing my stay.

The rooms were bright and cheerful. It made my stay so nice. Everything about this stay was smooth and easy.

The atmosphere was friendly, and the environment was relaxing. We felt at home during our stay.
