Review Of FabHotel Surya

Very disappointing stay at Hotel Surya. Electricity kept going again and again, and there was no hot water available during the day. They gave a separate rod to heat water in a bucket — which is not safe and not acceptable for a hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Even after asking housekeeping several times, the mud and dirt inside the room didn’t go away. On top of that, the uncle sitting at the reception was very rude and unhelpful. Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

Honestly, Fab Hotel Surya, Bhopal deserves not even a single star for the kind of experience they offer. Kahne ko 3-star hotel hai, but service 1-star ki bhi nahi hai. Basic amenities jaise towel, soap, handwash — kuch bhi nahi milta. Room me ek proper mirror tak nahi hai, jisse females ko ready hone ke liye baar-baar washroom me jana padta hai. Aur wahaan ka mirror bhi toota hua tha — totally unacceptable! Sabse worst part — pani ki quality. Water smells horrible Peene ka to sochna bhi mat! Jab pichli baar (3 months ago) ruka tha, tab staff ne bola tha ki “barish ki wajah se pani laal aa raha hai.” Is baar to barish bhi nahi thi, phir bhi wahi condition! Clearly hotel management ne koi improvement karne ki koshish hi nahi ki. Aur haan, 3-star hotel hone ke bawajood complimentary water bottle tak nahi milti, aur staff bilkul bhi cooperative nahi hai. Luggage uthane tak ke liye koi help nahi milti. In short, ye hotel family stay ke liye bilkul suitable nahi hai. Fab Hotels ko is property ko turant re-evaluate karna chahiye — kyunki is tarah ke hotels brand ki reputation ko bhi damage kar rahe hain. ❌ Highly Not Recommended — especially for families.

Dont stay in this hotel . At the time of checkout the hotel owner talk with me very rudely. So i kidenly request don't stay that hotel

Bad food quality rooms unhinging and flooded during rain fall ..

It was very good.Staffs were so respectful.They allowed us to pick room out of the two they showed.Easy check in and check out.

all is good have no any issues as staff behaviour, and all facilities are available. and food are amazing

Everywhere cockroaches are there in room, bathroom, bed etc, dirty curtains are there one more important thing if you come with family along with baby receptionist are not considering the request regarding prepare Cerelac food of baby and the way of talking of receptionist is very bad.

did't even stay there have to change the hotel staff were so rude showed me 3 rooms every room had insects cockroach everywhere did't even care to clean i would suggest avoid staying that hotel even didn't respond in correct way

Very convenient to reach there as it is just 350-400 M. from platform no.6. Rooms are also nice and clean.

We did not get complimentary water bottle. Also, the bathroom was not clean. It is very close to railway station
