Review Of AAMI VALLEY RESORT

Stay was good, but the commitments wasn't full filled, everything has its different charge including boon fire, pool and other activities, swimming pool was including with the stay but it was very dirty and stinky, staff didn't care to clean it even after asking for it. Pool table was in terrible condition and broken from many sides also balls were missing and they charged 200 rupees for it. Even after paying for everything they put 1000 fine on damaged grass below the boon fire which was obvious due to heat and ashes. Terrible experience with manager, got threat by her after asking for the cctv video. Overall terrible

Had worst experience till date in hospitality as well as facilities in given price range. This was the situation when we enter in to the room no one was there to solve the problem

Not recommended for families and kids. Definitely not worth the price. Extra bed was a joke despite paying so much, no proper timely service. Toilet was in a mess not worth staying here

Slow service, didn’t have electricity most times, sewage water was leaking from toilet seat. Didn’t receive any solution on that the team

stay at aami valley resort 1. our check in time is 1pm we arrived but didn't get the check in till 2.30pm.2.we have booked 02 rooms having total 06 members out of which 1 is just 6months old.in this resort there is not electricity supply once there is power cut. the whole night from 2am to 8am there is no electricity. you cannot imagine a resort where there is no electricity backup how a night passed without sleeping.3. single pool table apart from this there is no sports activity for childrens.4. staff at hotel is least bother in this. they took the order and forget the food. order will be placed after one hour atleast.summary the stay was horrible.full waste of money. i would never recommend anyone to visit this resort.

The staffs are overloaded. The delivery time of food is very slow. They easily say no without even trying.

The stay was awesome. Nice food and the overall ambience of the resort was very calm and soothing. Will definitely plan a visit soon here again with friends and family

The Approach road to the resorts was so bad..that our car stuck 2 time... Geyser was not working...After complaining 2 time they can't fir it.. Intercom was not working.. Tv was not recharged...after complaining...it din work ... Weired smell was coming form the cottage me stay...They even don't have room freshner... Please stay away form this resort.....🙏🙏🙏

We checked in at 1pm and the stay was good but ac was not working and their back up failed as well.

Overpriced seems to be the correct description for the experience. The service is unresponsive most of the time. The approach road to the resort is also very bad. Food is ok.

Everything sports is chargeable like cycling should be free of cost even the bonfire is chargeable

The route to the resort is not good. It is difficult to travel to resort at night via two wheelers.

5 km from highway. Best for group not for family or couple.

A must visit place for someone who is looking for a quick weekend getaway!

It was an overwhelming experience.

The place is awesome, staff and the manager/management was good. I will recommend, if you are going there, go before sunset because at night the way to the resort is very scary. No street light nothing, it is inside the jungle, it is not resort's fault, the route is like that otherwise everything is great. If you stay more then the check out time they will gonna charge as written in the rules (keep that in mind). It is a great place to stay and if you are inside you have nothing to worry about.
