Last night, I stayed at Fab Hotel Falcon, Baner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The overall quality of service was extremely poor and far below the expected standards. Despite the booking mentioning complimentary breakfast, the only items served were Poha and Upma, which is highly unsatisfactory, especially when an additional charge of ₹500 was imposed for it. The hotel’s pricing is in no way justified by the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service provided. The staff seemed unresponsive and lacked professionalism, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. I am genuinely dissatisfied with the facilities and services offered, and I strongly believe the management should take serious steps to improve both the quality of service and the value they deliver to guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or value-for-money stay.
