I have very very bad experience to room availablity.i have not proper premium room provided to property holder .so I have very bad experience

I had a great stay overall. This the centre location property. Nicely built and all basic services and amenities were good

The rooms are good and spacious. My bed was comfortable too. Overall good package for a solo traveller. 👌

The location of the property is centre and prime. My room was good and spacious. The staff remained so cooperative 👏

Food could have been better. Coclroaches found near bed and table. Staff is very polite and co-operative.

Faith discrimination, ac didn't work, tv had no connection, the soap dispenser and toilet in the in the washroom

They need better facilities management and prioritise customer service. The hotel doesn’t offer food. It arranges food from outside vendors.
