The guy sat on reception had lot of attitude He didn't give even a single smile to any customer He was not knowing the hospitality, how to give customer service Me, my sister and my nephew went there to stay We adjust on one bed But the blanket they gave, was enough for 2 person only So I couldn't sleep well because of coldness of the wether as it was raining there And I called at reception and asked for extra blanket so he refused, so I asked for bedsheet that I can cover myself in that But he refused for that also saying that all the bedsheets are in laundry Many more bad experiences I faced

Worst hotel to stay - sleep with cockcroaches and termites
Worst hotel with full of cockcroaches and termites. Pathetic staff having no sense to communicate with ladies. They are having link with police. They say clearly without any fear that they are having link with police. Falsely stated as "Newly Built" but in reality its a very old building. Staff told they are working there for approx 14 years.

Reasonably good choice.
Reasonably good hotel in one of the busiest areas of the city. Has all the amenities in place. Breakfast is okay - can have slightly larger menu. More lighting required on the outside of the hotel during nights to easily identify the building.

Decent stay. Excellent location. Immediate response from the reception. No in-house restaurant but nearby many restaurants available. Complementary breakfast has fewer options but sufficient.

Decent Budget hotel. Pictures are misleading. They can provide decent quality soap and shampoo. Otherwise no complaints . Lot of eateries and supermarkets within few meters.

One of the best hotel i stayed recently, newly renovated hotel and we'll maintained ambiance😊 Rooms are well maintained and wooden them was so premium 🔥👌👌👌👌 Friendly stay n decent management. Received so well and helped vt local information. And the best part was I am looking a property which nearby to ISB Hyderabad and this one is very near to this college❤️

Poor Stay
The room smelled bad, and for the price didn’t have things I would expect. Like it didn’t have a kettle. The furniture in the room didn’t look maintained. In general it looked like a cheap 1-2 star hotel room which I didn’t expect when booking.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The ambience was really nice, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and well - maintained. I also loved the 24/7 hot water facility which was big plus. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Highly Recommended. Found this stay very nice and cozy. Ambience was so nice! Also the rooms were well equipped with amenities like locker, mini fridge, tv, free Wi-Fi, kettle, face mirror, etc They have kept everything well maintained, no issues faced. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Everything was in working condition. To top it all, food was too good - delicious, also the service was very nice with friendly and cooperative staff. Location wise and from a safety perspective too the stay is well connected and located
