The place was okay, but the staff was very unprofessional, asked for cash to allow additional people and didn’t even give a receipt for the same. Very shady place.

A very decent hotel! This was my first time in Hyderabad and my first stay at Fabhotel SBR. I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering guidance on local places and ensuring our comfort. The food was excellent, and the rooms were well-appointed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Budget Friendly stay
If you wish to enjoy a quite and budget friendly hotel than this is your go to hotel. Staff are really polite and ready to help you with their best efforts. Overall good place stay for couples, family, solo travellers etc.

Decent Property under budget. Clean rooms, excellent service. staff was quite low, but the reception person was amazing n helpful. Seems they have recently onboarded with fabhotel and property seems new and they are trying to manage with the staff. Complementary breakfast and service even exceptional.
