    First they didnt carry pur luggage staff was very rude and arrogant and asked for extra money Rooms were dirty unhygienic and not like shown in picture the blankets and quilts were also different from pictures Walls had fungus and were worn out very bad experience overall with everything

    the room which was booked was not at all clean it was very bad condition...the remote had been adjusted...the photos of room were too bad..it was smelling...the bedsheets and bathroom were not at all appropriate...too bad stay at hotel

    i booked room , and it's not worth it. The bedsheets were not clean at all, the room looks decent based but not worth 1500 also you can get better hotels, i need to stay for 4 hours to i booked this

    Easy to locate. Room service sluggish as kitchen opens at 8 am ...so had to wait long for morning tea. But the Boys at the hotel added later that tea is available during off hours too , only we need to walk to the counter to place off hour tea orders. Bed sheets and blankets seems too old & worn out.

    Reception team was uneducated. Prepaid was showing in their system but still they were asking for payment confirmation. Then we cancel-led this booking and i paid cash to them. 1hr wasted in all this stuff.
