Review Of Emerald Hotel

I was given room on second floor & I can see all youngsters taking drugs from.injections form 208 room . it was very difficult to even open curtains . They start this drug activity at 7 AM everyday Hotel management & guard also can't do much . Reception lady have key which doesn't worked 3 times

Location is very good. It is the centre of the main city. Food is excellent. Staff were very humble & helpful.

Staffs were very polite and accommodating but there are lot of room for improvement when it comes to food and dinning. The complimentary breakfast was too limited in choices. The bathroom really needs a shower curtain and a wiper to make sure the floor isn’t wet and slippery. Overall the stay was pleasant. Location is excellent. The property is well maintained. It can do so much better with some minor changes and improvements.

Room is small and ok ok, breakfast is pathetic and nothing was fresh. It seems last option to select this hotel when nothing available

No room view. It was suffocating. Food served at Breakfast was not variable enough, parking not good

The room was average with decent ambience, good cleanliness. The breakfast was not that good with very limited options. The staff was very polite and the connectivity to the hotel is good as it is just besides the road. You can also visit a temple nearby at walking distance.

Hotel location, staff behaviour and food are excellent but my room was too small, not the one shown at the time of booking.

Hot water for bath was not coming,else everything was good. Food was very good with good spread for breakfast.

the food was fantastic! we can’t get enough if it ❤️ the room was amazing👍 Perfect for us couple.. the fact that mini fridge and hotpot being provided was so helpful & the bathroom of course was so hygienic & spacious we reslly love it ❤️❤️ room service was also really nice 👌👌👌

Hotel ambience is good. But Security Guard on Sunday evening was rude and impolite.

Good property to stay. Need to add more items in Breakfast. Hotel has a nice view of hills. And a clean hotel.
