Review Of The Grand Hotel

The hotel location is very good near KFC . The food is awesome and the price is reliable. The hotel staff behavior is amazing. They are very helpful. You can go millennium by walking. Aizawl civil hospital is around 300 m.

Dirty washroom, room was not properly cleaned and AC was not working properly and also blanket cover was not changed before I checked in .

Rooms are damp having bad smell. TV and intercom not working. Overall not a good experience.

Room is too small. Lift is too small and start from first floor. Basic hygiene is missing yet rates are high. Staff is good. Food is better.

It was a very bad experience booking the hotel , hotel bathroom and service pathetic condition , not a single response inspite of repeated complaints , when asked for exchanging room they charge extra instead of helping, I'm very much disappointed I'm waiting for the refund immediately i also called helpline number on the 20th April till now no refund has been done, I'm bound to give negative review The Grand Hotel Aizawl if not act immediately.

I stayed one night at The Grand Hotel, Aizawl, Mizoram located at Chanmari opposite to KFC, Zarkwat. The single bedded room that I stayed was very poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast is very avarage. The location of the hotel is very good and that's the only plus point.

The worst every hotel i should say towels were dirty with stain in it room floor were with a paint stain bedsheets with a hole on it and disgusting ever

The place was great and the location was spot on. It's in the middle of the city and the staff are really nice as well. The room was well kept and everything was clean.
