It was a very good stay but the location is long distance from bara bazar.no spa.and gym . food is good but quantity is very short as price rate . every thing All okay only outside market

Mold on ceiling, no air circulation Can be harmful for people having trouble breathing

Facilities poor, needs major improvement

Rooms are decent but little overcharged. But I didn't order the food as I didn't like during my previous stay. Location is quiet & good view of the city. Big issue is you're not gonna get cab, only way to is you need ask the receptionist to arrange it for you beforehand.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with a variety of choices, always fresh and well-prepared. The staff were extremely hospitable, polite, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and truly cared for throughout my visit.

I recently stayed in this room and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the view was really nice — I could see the hills, Aizawl city and greenery right from the window, which made the mornings quite refreshing. However, the toilet was in poor condition. It didn’t seem properly cleaned and the fixtures were old and not functioning well. It definitely needs maintenance. Another major downside was the bad smell in the room. It hit me as soon as I entered, and despite opening the windows, the odor lingered throughout my stay. It made it hard to relax or enjoy the space. Overall, unless there are improvements in cleanliness and maintenance

Room was not well aerated,food was terrible.But behaviour of staff was excellent.So only for them I am giving 2star out of 5.

1. Hotel is Good but not the food. 2. Quality and Quantity of the food is not worth. High cost with low quantity. 3. Breakfast was complimentary as per itenary but 1st day it was not served. Even ordered breakfast but that too not served. 4. Location is not in proper aizwal but it is in Remote outside area wherein you can go to the Hotel with commercial taxi / Bike etc. But you cannot think of come to main road on foot as hotel is beneath a hill and climbing up on foot is not possible. 5. Hotel room does not have any wash basins neither in room nor in bathroom. 6. Bathroom is within the room but it has no roof// top is open.

Located in a serene place Hotel Ransam has all the amenities that make the stay excellent at such a reasonable price. Great staff, their friendly behaviour makes you feel at home especially Mr Anthony was very cordial . And the food choices on offer, the picturesque view of the city from their rooftop restaurant, made my stay memorable. Definitely a top top hotel.

The properties are well refined,located at the outskirts of aizawl but close to main road. The food amenities are average. However, the services are really exemplary

this is my third stay. excellent rooms. very good team of staff. very good hotel at the roof top. recommended highly.

First the room was no where near as mentioned in the description and the reception was very hard to connect and had to call them at least two three times. Had to switch rooms three times because first room was smelling not so good and other room cooler was broken and lastly we waited 1 and half hour for food and decided to give up

I have good & pleasant stay here room & staffs were good sometimes food was very good & sometimes it was normal. But overall i enjoyed my stay here thank you

The room is good, there food is tasty worthy of the price there staff are friendly, the city view is also good though the place is far from city capital there are lots of city view to visit. It was a good experience.
